Two Shepherds Limited has launched its debut online casino, Jackpot Lounge, following the successful acquisition of a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence.
The announcement marks the company’s transition from a white-label brand to a fully independent iGaming operator.
The new site is powered by White Hat Gaming’s Player Account Management (PAM) platform, which includes proprietary cashier and payment technologies.
The launch was facilitated in collaboration with Dream Team Gaming, who supported licensing efforts and brand development.
Jackpot Lounge becomes the latest platform to utilise White Hat Gaming’s PAM solution. Earlier this month, White Hat Gaming also partnered with Desert Diamond Casinos in the US to power statewide mobile sports betting across Arizona.
Good to know: The platform’s PAM services have also supported integrations with operators such as Swintt and Peter & Sons in previous market expansions

David Glickman, Two Shepherds CEO, said: “This is a landmark in our journey to being a fully independent operator, functioning across multiple jurisdictions and licences.”
Glickman added: “We will be launching in a new regulated market soon, too, so watch this space!”
The partnership forms part of White Hat Gaming’s broader B2B growth strategy in regulated markets. The company’s PAM platform is currently used by tribal and commercial operators across North America and Europe.
