Xpoint has secured a new partnership with High 5 Casino, a casino platform in North America. The deal will see Xpoint Lite integrated across High 5’s product suite to validate player location and detect potential fraud as the operator rolls out services in new US states.
Xpoint Chief Executive Manu Gambhir said: “We built our platform so that operators like High 5 can choose exactly how and where they want to comply, giving them full control over their regulatory footprint. This integration was one of the fastest we’ve ever executed.”
High 5 Casino operates under a play-for-credits model but must still ensure customers are located in states that permit social casino activity. The Xpoint Lite solution uses multiple device signals to confirm jurisdiction and identify spoofing attempts, enabling High 5 to restrict play to eligible locations.
Gino Fratto, VP of Product at High 5, stated: “As one of the most established gaming brands in the US, we take compliance incredibly seriously. Our players trust us not only to entertain them but to protect them and that includes only allowing gameplay from eligible locations.”

The new geolocation partnership follows several operational upgrades by High 5, including the introduction of AI-driven personalisation tools and an expanded 24/7 customer support team.
Xpoint, meanwhile, has positioned its technology as a modular compliance solution for social-casino, sweepstakes and daily fantasy operators that fall outside traditional sports-betting regulation but still face state-specific requirements.
High 5 plans to extend its digital footprint in 2025 as more states consider or refine legislation covering free-to-play casino products.
Xpoint said the collaboration underscores a growing demand for reliable location-verification services beyond real-money wagering, particularly among social-casino operators looking to avoid the regulatory missteps that have affected the sector in recent years.
