They banned my account for nothing. Literally 1 or 2 bets were made. I have small winning, like +40% to my deposit.
I didn’t ask for withdrawal or something else. Account was innactive for 5-7 days and after that I couldn’t log in anymore.

My first withdrawal ended with a blocked account
I had been playing on Whale.io for a while without any issues. On 22.10.2026 I won and requested a withdrawal of around $1,150. The withdrawal was pending for about 4 hours. Instead of receiving the payment, I found my account blocked. Support told me my balance would not be paid out, but did not explain which rule I had broken. I asked for the specific clause of the terms, but did not get an answer. I would like Whale.io to look at my case again and give a clear explanation.

This is by far the WORST sweepstakes casino I’ve ever played on! Whale.us is taking people’s money, and I’m not the only one experiencing these issues. I purchased a package for sweeps coins and never received what I paid for! Other players are reporting the same problems, including site glitches and absolutely nonexistent customer service.
This is unacceptable! I’ve played on other sweepstakes casinos and have NEVER experienced anything like this before. Taking people’s money without providing what they paid for is completely unacceptable. Where is the accountability? Where is the customer support?
Whale.us needs to address these issues immediately, credit customers for their purchases, and provide real customer service. No issues with withdrawing – deserves 5 stars for that. Aside from that this is the only site aside from Bitstarz who offered compensation when something wasn’t right (it happens) but I feel that wouldn’t have been the case had the grievance not been real and verifiable (which is completely understandable). Provably fair games, I’ve gotten lucky a few times on slots and have no issues doing the withdrawal as advertised (which is even more rare tbh.)

Disappointing experience.
My Whale.io account was permanently banned, and to this day I still don’t know the actual reason.
The first time I contacted support, I was told it was because of “opposite betting.” The problem is that I never used any opposite betting strategy, so that explanation simply wasn’t true.
After that, I contacted support several more times asking them to explain what rule I had actually violated. Instead of giving me a clear answer, they kept sending generic replies saying that my account was permanently banned with no possibility of appeal. When I asked for the specific reason, they claimed that another department handled the decision and they had no information.
So basically, I was permanently banned without any transparent explanation, without any evidence, and without any real appeal process.
Whether a company decides to close an account is one thing, but refusing to explain the reason is another. I expected much better transparency from Whale.io.
UPD: Whale.io responded to this review.
They continue to claim that I was banned for “opposite betting,” yet they refuse to identify the actual bets or betting sessions that allegedly violated their Terms and Conditions.
I specifically asked their support on two separate occasions to provide the exact bets that supposedly resulted in my permanent ban. Both times, they refused to answer that question and instead repeated the same generic statement.
I am not asking them to disclose their internal security systems or fraud detection methods—I am simply asking them to point to the specific bets that resulted in my permanent ban.
Bad experience
Very nice casino overall, but the support and withdrawal process ruin everything. Responses take several days and nothing happens when asking for updates. They claim to have withdrawals within minutes.
Edit: withdrawal received after many days with struggle in Live chat. Not sure I will use this site more, but if withdrawals go well it can be worth a try.
